Inspired by the huge tradition, culture, climate and value of Malaysia, the modern kampung-style Semi-D designed by Kalvin Gan was born. This building was so unique that you would have hard pressure to find a similar style in the city.

The material is mainly focused on timber, woods, and lots of greenery to promote the airflow which takes the ideas from traditional Kampung houses. A lot of traditional rattan cabinet that adorns the office alongside grey mahogany-coloured modern furniture create a bold differentiation visual between modern and traditional
